MusicHostr.com is provided free of charge to the end-user, both anonymous and registered. Any person or software using this service is treated as a user and follow a similar set of terms as defined below.

All material on this website is original material and is copyright of the user(s) that created it. Material that is not of the user's own creation can and will be deleted with little or no modification. Upon numerous infringements of copyright law in this method, the user account will be deactivated for an indefinite period of time. User's may request for a review of these actions, but there is no guarantee of actions being reversed in favor of the user. Essentially, it is best for a user to place their own work on this website than to place the work of someone else on here.

Users are not to participate in any pornographic, threatening, or discriminatory behavior. Those found participating in these activities will have their accounts deactivated and a ban may be found necessary upon review by site administrators.

Spam is not tolerated on this service in any form. Small offenses will find content believed to be spam marked as removed. Larger offenses will result in the deactivation of the offender's account.

A "flame war" or other posts of the nature are treated as spam and the offending users will be punished.

Unauthorized third-party advertising is not tolerated. All advertisers must must gain the approval of an administrator before being allowed to advertise their products or services on this site. Exceptions to this rule occur in areas such as user profiles where users are allowed to advertise their own websites, products, and services.

Foul material is tolerated to only a minute amount. The website is designed for family use and foul language is not appropriate. Those violating this rule may experience repercussions up to an indefinite deactivation.

The administrator's decision is final. A user may be allowed to appeal to an administrator, but it is not guaranteed that the appeal will be followed or even read.

Due to the nature of the organization of the site at the present time, data loss may occur. ProviasDigital will attempt to secure data to the best of their abilities, but the site is not at a point where colocation has been deemed necessary and data loss may still occur.

Administrators have the ultimate say in the use of this service. Administrators can remove data from the website with little or no notice. Administrators caught abusing this privilege, however, may have their added permissions stripped.

This website is in a state of constant development and things may fail. The user must acknowledge this fact and agree to not hold the administrators or ProviasDigital responsible for any harm that comes from flaws that may appear.
